Typical Limousine Q & A:
·
What is the minimum amount of time to rent a limousine or sedan?
Depending on the day and
time requested, the minimum can be as low as three hours. Weekend minimums are
normally 4 hours.
·
Do we pay for the limousine while in a restaurant, concert or other
event?
Yes. The vehicle is yours from start to finish. Company
policy is that the vehicle stays within 2 minutes of you at all times. Premier Limousine does not offer
split shifts.
·
The website states that a vehicle seat X people
maximum, can we have more than that?
Absolutely Not. For safety and insurance reasons, no more passengers than the
website states will be allowed in that vehicle.
·
Can we smoke in the limousines or sedans?
Absolutely Not. All of our
limousines and sedans are non-smoking. 1st offense: $250 fee - 2nd offense: END
OF RENTAL - NO REFUND, NO QUESTIONS
·
Can we drink alcohol in the limousines and
party buses?
Yes. As long as you are 21
or older, you may drink alcohol in our limousines and Party / Limo bus. Premier Limousine cannot by
law provide alcohol for you, however, we can provide ice/pop on your request.
·
We want to drink till we pass out, we can do
this, right?
Absolutely Not. If you pass out in a bar, they remove you from the bar, we do
the same thing. If you are expecting to have people pass out and throw-up, plan
to reserve your bus with another company.
·
What happens if we do damage, disrespect or
trash the vehicle?
Simple answer, your card will be charged for damages
and/or excessive clean-up. We know that some things are expected but please keep
your party in check so that we don't need to charge you extra.
·
What happens if our party gets out of hand
during our event?
This will be controlled by your chauffeur... if he decides
the group is getting out of hand he has the option to end the run ON THE SPOT.
NO REFUNDS, NO QUESTIONS.
·
Can we bring coolers into the limousine?
No, coolers are not allowed in the Lincoln limousines but ARE ALLOWED in the
Party Bus..
·
Can the Limousine company supply or purchase alcohol for us?
No, Premier Limousine
cannot, by law, provide alcohol for you, however, we can provide ice/pop on your
request.
·
Can we drink alcohol in the sedans?
No. Transportation
companies operating sedans are subject to the same laws as personal vehicles.
·
Should we tip the chauffeur?
Yes. The usual and
customary gratuity for a chauffeur is 15 - 20% of the total bill less sales tax.
This should be paid directly to the chauffeur unless other arrangements have
been made.
·
Is there a difference between a driver and a chauffeur?
Absolutely. A driver will
simply drive the vehicle from point A to point B, you chauffeur will cater to
your every need. Premier Limousine only has chauffeurs, no drivers. Please refer
to him as your "chauffeur", not as your "limo driver".
·
Does Premier Limousine carry commercial insurance of their vehicles?
Absolutely. Each of our
vehicles carry either 1.5 or 5 million liability coverage of commercial insurance
with the leading limousine insurance company. This should be considered and
asked about when getting quotes for service from any limousine service. If the
rate seems too low this could be a reason. Normal car insurance will NOT cover
limousines or party buses.
