Contract obligations:
I understand and agree to the length and usage along with any charges and
further agree to pay for any and all damages my party may cause during the
rental periods. I also agree to the Client Agreement listed below. All
damages are the sole discretion of the Chauffeur or Owner. I understand and agree to pay the
entire contract price if cancellation policy is not followed. The number of
hours you agree to on the contract is the minimum hours customer agrees to pay.

LOWER PORTION FOR YOURSELF
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND
THIS INFORMATION

CLIENT AGREEMENT: BY RESERVING
YOUR LIMOUSINE YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS,
WHETHER A CONTRACT IS IN-HAND OR NOT. VERBAL OR WRITTEN, THIS IS A BINDING
CONTRACT.

RESERVATIONS -
A 50% DEPOSIT IS
REQUIRED to reserve your limousine. FULL PAYMENT
IS REQUIRED by the date of
service. We do not extend credit, post payments
or post-dated checks. All checks must clear before the date of service.

CANCELLATIONS -
NO REFUNDS are given for cancellations.
Cancellations
may be re-scheduled for future trips for $25.00 administration fee.

CANCELLATIONS by Premier Limousine for any reason will be credited
for future reservations. Premier Limousine reserves the right to subcontract
the complete or remaining portion of the trip to an alternate carrier or
substitute vehicles to complete the job.
- BILLING - The time you are paying for starts when the
limo arrives at the first location and ends at the last last location.
Overtime charges will stop at the last drop-off point.

OVERTIME BILLING - The client agrees to allow
overtime charges for services on the same credit card used for deposit and
payment.
- OVERTIME BILLING - You are given ten minutes grace
period and then billed for another hour. For example, 5 hours and 15 minutes
would be billed as 6 hours. Please plan your event so that the final drop-off
point falls within your reserved time.
- OVERTIME - On a daytime run, there may be an evening
run preventing you from using the limo past a certain time. Determine this
ahead of time and make your plans accordingly. On an evening run overtime is
not usually a problem.
- DAMAGE – The client is
responsible for all guest damages. Damages will be charged at 125% of repair
cost for inconvenience and down time. No shoes are allowed on the upholstery
or bar area.
- CASH RUNS - Premier Limousine will accept cash as full
payment the day of your event, but still requires a credit card number for
reservation. 50% of the reservation total will be charged for cancellations
made within 48 hours of your event. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE
MADE WHEN THE LIMOUSINE ARRIVES.
- CONFIRMATION - We request that you call and reconfirm
the times and addresses 48 hours before the run. It will be difficult or
impossible to make time changes less than 48 hours beforehand.
- VEHICLE CARE:
- CLEANING CHARGE – Extra charges may be imposed for
excessive mess by passengers (this includes excessive trash, beer cans,
bottles, etc.) at $50. Please help to avoid cleaning charges by removing your trash
at the end of your event.
- CLEANING
CHARGE - Gum in carpet or excessive food or drink spills will be charged
$150 for carpet cleaning.
- VOMIT - is an
automatic $250.00 charge, NO EXCEPTIONS. Professional cleaning and/or
carpet replacement is expensive also.

SMOKING
IS NOT ALLOWED in ANY of our vehicles. A $50 fee will be issued for anyone that
lights-up in the vehicle. These are expensive vehicles and very expensive to
re-upholster, clean and remove the smell from.

COOLERS – Personal coolers are
NO LONGER allowed inside
the limousine. Coolers tend to scratch the leather seats and bar areas during
loading and unloading. Your cooler is allowed in the trunk area. Please inform
your chauffeur if you have items you would like he/she to place in the
limousine coolers.

There will
be a $10.00 per glass charge for broken or missing glasses.
- GENERAL:
- DIRECTIONS - Premier Limousine will request that you
e-mail all addresses for your event, we do this for GPS
use so we don’t have
to bother your party with directions. Once you have reserved your limousine
please forward the addresses and times as soon as possible to
PreLimo@PreLimo.com . If you do give verbal directions, give the driver
plenty of notice for turns and stops. Limousines need time and room to respond
and maneuver. Also, we do not like to get them in areas where we will have to
back them out of.
- SEATING - Seating is essential at all times while in
motion. Premier Limousine is not responsible for injuries to guests who are
not seated during transit. Do not try to overload the car with people. You
will be told how many will safely and comfortably fit in the car. Do not
exceed this number, it is not legal and will not be allowed.
- UNFAVORABLE CONDITIONS - Do not ask the driver to
drive the car on muddy roads, torn up roads or go up steep driveways. IF the
driver gets any kind ticket due to your instructions, the client is
responsible for the charges.
- CHAUFFEUR'S RESPONSIBILITY - The chauffeur’s primary
responsibility (in addition to transporting you safely) is to safeguard the
vehicle. The vehicle will never be left unattended during your time.
- JUDGEMENT OF CHAUFFEUR - In the sole judgment of the
chauffeur, if he determines that the behavior of you or your guests for any
reason is out of control, obnoxious, disrespectful, unsafe, illegal, dangerous or irresponsible to lives
and property, he can and will terminate the run on the spot and order all occupants out
of the car and then drive off. He may or may not issue a WARNING before he
takes this action. If this happens, you will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
- DELAY’S - Premier Limousine will not be held liable
for delays due to weather, road, traffic or mechanical conditions, driver
illness or any other conditions beyond our control. Premier Limousine will not
be responsible for lodging or food costs due to delays. If you are on a time
schedule please reserve your limousine accordingly. Your chauffeur will not
"speed" to your event or the nest stop.
- SURPRISE ARRIVALS - If the arrival of the car is a
surprise, be sure to indicate that on the reservation form.
- ALCOHOL - BYOB: no
alcoholic beverages are served by Premier Limousine or its employees. Premier
Limousine will not be liable for passengers who have consumed alcohol prior
to, on board, or after the trip is completed. If Premier Limousine, it’s
employees, or contractors feel that a passenger is loud, disturbing, rude,
unruly, dangerous or disruptive to other passengers or the chauffeur, this
person or persons may be removed from the limousine at a safe location and
authorities called. Your chauffeur will not purchase cigarettes or alcohol for
clients.
- CONTRABAND - Premier Limousine will refuse to
transport anyone in possession of a weapon or illegal substance. Authorities
may be contacted. Possession or use of illegal drugs by anyone in the
limousine is prohibited in any of our cars. If the driver observes drugs, he
will pull the limousine off the road, and you, your guests and your drugs must
exit the car immediately. In this eventuality you will receive NO REFUND.
- LOST ITEMS - Make sure you
have left nothing in the car at the end of the run. This is your
responsibility and we will accept absolutely no liability for anything you may
have left behind. If you do leave something in the vehicle we will be glad to
return it the next day for a $25 travel fee.

MEDIA - All
entertainment including cds, dvds, MP3's are to be provided by the client.
Premier Limousine is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged media.

MISSING MEDIA -
Missing
fireplace/waterfall DVD's will be charged a $25 replacement fee. If you remove
this DVD please hand it to your chauffeur to avoid charges.
- PARKING ARRANGEMENTS- If you want the limousine
parked at a particular place at a church, reception facility, etc., it will be
your responsibility to see to it that a space for the limousine is reserved in
some manner. At the driver’s discretion, he may decide the waiting area is
unsafe and will leave. It will be your responsibility to communicate with the
driver and arrange an exact time for him to return. It will be your absolute
responsibility to communicate directly and clearly to the chauffeur where to
go and when you want the limousine to be back at that location.
- DECORATIONS - You cannot decorate the car in any way,
shape, fashion or form, period. "Just Married" magnetic signs are available
upon request.

- SUMMARY
- These vehicles are very expensive to purchase, maintain, insure, clean and
replace. Please be considerate of your limousine and treat it as an expensive
vehicle. We do want you to enjoy our vehicles but not harm them in any way.
Please respect the vehicle and your chauffeur.
Basically, you can summarize all the rules into
two categories: have a good time and don’t tear up the vehicle.
